since we moved into this apartment, our oven has been broken.
we finally got it fixed, and today i baked toscatårta, my favourite swedish cake, to celebrate.
it is a delicious moist and buttery cake topped with a layer of crunchy almond caramel, and i love it ♥
i also love having a working oven again!
